Melissa

I grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and recently graduated from high school. I have experience working with children with autism through volunteering, where I developed strong communication, patience, responsibility, and teamwork skills. I enjoy helping others, working with people, and creating a positive and welcoming environment. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish.

What do you do for the company?

I provide friendly and professional customer service, help patients feel welcomed, and assist with communication and organization. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and my experience working with children with autism has helped me develop patience, understanding, and strong communication skills.

Something patients have to deal with that you want to fix?

I want to help make patients feel more comfortable and welcomed. I know that visiting a healthcare office can sometimes be stressful, so I would like to make the experience easier by being friendly, patient, and helpful.

Experience

I have experience working with children with autism through volunteering for about a year. This experience taught me how to be patient, understanding, responsible, and attentive to individual needs.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the gym, shopping, and working toward my personal and career goals.
