Weeks 1–2
Pain
Calm the pain down.
Hands-on techniques loosen the guarded muscles around your neck and take the edge off the irritation, starting your very first visit.
What We Treat
The stiffness that makes you turn your whole body to check a blind spot. The knot between your shoulder blades that never quite lets go. It’s fixable, and it starts with a cause-first evaluation, not a guess.

Why It Happens
Your neck doesn’t stiffen up for no reason. It’s usually some mix of a few culprits: postural strain from hours spent looking down at a screen, small joints in the upper neck that lost their normal glide, deep neck flexors that quietly weakened after a strain, and old whiplash-type trauma that never fully settled even after the initial pain faded.
None of that sorts itself out with a heating pad. It takes a real, cause-first evaluation to find which pattern is actually driving your stiffness. That’s why a generic stretch routine so often falls short: it treats the symptom, not the source. Find the real cause, and the fix gets obvious.
You’re the one who answers the email at 9pm because someone has to. Which is exactly why the ache between your shoulder blades keeps losing to your inbox, and exactly why you’re still reading this instead of calling.
The Honest Truth
Nobody regrets starting too early. Every week, someone in our clinic says they regret waiting.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like for a stiff, strained neck.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
Hands-on techniques loosen the guarded muscles around your neck and take the edge off the irritation, starting your very first visit.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
Targeted mobility work restores rotation and side-bending in the stiff segments that have been quietly compensating.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
Progressive strengthening for your deep neck and upper back muscles builds the support your neck was missing in the first place.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
Posture and workstation habits get tested under real conditions before you’re cleared to go all-in: that’s the endpoint, not just another appointment.
Excellent service. They helped me recover from my neck injury. I recommend it 100%.

Questions, Answered
Most neck pain we see is mechanical: postural strain, a stiff joint, or muscles that never fully recovered from an old strain. A hands-on evaluation sorts out which pattern is driving your specific pain and rules out anything that needs a referral. You don’t need to guess on your own.
Yes, in most cases. An ER visit rules out fractures and emergencies, not soft tissue strain, which often gets stiffer over the days that follow, not better. Whiplash-type injuries respond well to early, targeted movement, and starting sooner tends to shorten the whole recovery.
A full plan for neck pain runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, typically over 6–10 weeks, depending on how long you’ve been dealing with it. Either way, you get a plan with an endpoint: you’ll always know which phase you’re in and what’s left, not an open-ended string of appointments.
