We evaluate how you move, not just where it hurts.
You've tried resting it, stretching it, maybe a printout from somewhere else. This time: a cause-first evaluation, one-on-one care from a physical therapist, and a plan with an endpoint you can actually see.
What It Is
You've probably pushed through it, rested it, or told yourself it would fade. That's not carelessness, that's what people who don't have time to be hurt do. You're used to being the one who fixes things for everyone else. Which is exactly why your own pain keeps losing to next week.
A cause-first evaluation gives it your turn. We look past where it hurts to find the actual mechanical cause: how you move, how you load a joint, or where a compensation pattern first started.
From there, you work one-on-one with your physical therapist through a plan built in four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. Each phase has a job and a timeline, so you always know what's next.
Virginia allows direct access, so you can start without a referral. We handle the insurance questions so you can focus on getting better.
One-on-one, every single visit
What It Helps
If pain is changing how you move, sit, sleep, or train, a cause-first evaluation is where to start.
What A Session Looks Like
1
We evaluate how you move, not just where it hurts.
2
You leave your first visit knowing the plan, and the endpoint.
3
You leave with exercises you'll actually do.
Why It Works
You finally get an answer for why, not just where it hurts.
The same physical therapist owns your whole plan.
You start today. No referral, no waiting.
You know your endpoint before you ever begin.
Pairs Well With
Questions, Answered
No. Virginia allows direct access, so you can start physical therapy with us without a physician referral. If your insurance plan requires one for reimbursement, we'll flag that during your first call and help you sort it out.
Your physical therapist evaluates you, builds your plan, and adjusts it as you improve. Some visits may be with a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) who works under that plan, and your physical therapist stays in charge of your care throughout.
It depends on what's going on, but every plan moves through four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. You'll know your endpoint after your evaluation, not months in, and we'll verify your insurance benefits before that first visit so the cost is never a surprise. Questions before then? Call us at (703) 763-3922.
