We offer discounted self-pay rates for patients with high deductibles, HMO insurance, no insurance, financial hardship, or recent unemployment.

We accept most major insurances, Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, auto insurance, and attorney liens, as well as cash pay.

How self-pay visits work

Self-pay care is priced by the visit, not by the treatment. The $135 all-inclusive visit includes everything your therapist provides in that session: the hands-on work, exercise, and anything else your plan calls for that day. You don’t choose, add up, or pay for treatments one at a time.

The one exception is dry needling, which is not covered by any insurance and has a separate $40 service fee when it’s part of your plan.
