Weeks 1–2
Pain
Calm the pain down.
Hands-on techniques calm the irritated tendon or compressed nerve and take the edge off inflammation, starting your very first visit.
What We Treat
The tingling in your fingers halfway through a drive. The ache on the outside of your elbow every time you shake a hand. It’s fixable, and it starts with a cause-first evaluation, not a guess.

Why It Happens
Your arm doesn’t act up for no reason. It’s usually some mix of a few culprits: overloaded forearm tendons from repetitive gripping or swinging, a compressed nerve at the wrist or elbow sending tingling into your fingers, and grip and forearm muscles that weakened after the pain started, which only adds more strain to the same overworked tissue.
None of that shows up from icing it after work. It takes a real, cause-first evaluation to sort out which one is actually driving your symptoms. That’s why a generic wrist brace so often falls short: it manages the symptom, not the source. Find the real cause, and the fix gets obvious.
You’re the one who fixes things: the leaky faucet, the loose hinge, the neighbor’s mower. Which is exactly why you keep telling yourself your wrist is fine. It’s time to fix the thing you’ve been putting off: yourself.
The Honest Truth
Nobody regrets starting too early. Every week, someone in our clinic says they regret waiting.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like for elbow, wrist, and hand pain.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
Hands-on techniques calm the irritated tendon or compressed nerve and take the edge off inflammation, starting your very first visit.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
Targeted mobility work restores nerve glide and wrist motion that’s been quietly restricted.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
Progressive grip and forearm strengthening builds the endurance your tendons were missing in the first place.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
Gripping, typing, and swinging mechanics get tested under real load before you’re cleared to go all-in: that’s the endpoint, not just another appointment.

Before: unsure who to trust with a nagging wrist and hand problem
After: “an excellent experience,” in his own words, and a patient for whatever comes next
Questions, Answered
Numbness and tingling in the fingers can come from the wrist, but also from the elbow or even the neck, so the exact spot matters. A hands-on evaluation traces the pattern of your symptoms to the actual site of compression, which is what determines the right treatment, not just a general wrist brace.
In most cases, yes. Part of your plan includes adjusting how you grip, type, or lift at work so you’re not constantly re-irritating the same tissue while it heals. Full rest is rarely necessary and usually isn’t the fastest path back anyway.
A full plan for elbow, wrist, and hand pain runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, typically over 6–10 weeks, depending on how long you’ve been dealing with it. Either way, you get a plan with an endpoint: you’ll always know which phase you’re in and what’s left, not an open-ended string of appointments.
