Patrick Tarman

PT, DPT, CPT
Physical Therapist

I grew up in Northern Virginia—West Springfield, to be exact. I went to West Springfield High School and then to George Mason University in Fairfax for my undergraduate studies; I studied community health with a concentration in clinical science. For a couple years during and after undergrad, I was a strength and conditioning coach before heading off to physical therapy school. For PT school, I attended Radford University Carilion in Roanoke, Virginia and graduated in May 2024.

“Comparison is the thief of joy”

I enjoy working with shoulder and knee pathologies and joint replacements.

The friendly environment is what is most attractive about working here. I think it allows both patients and therapists to connect while navigating pain and challenging conditions/pathologies.

What is Patrick reading, watching or listening to?

  • Gladiator (Movie)
  • The Terminal List (Book)
  • Huberman Lab (Podcast)

When I’m not working, I am usually lifting weights or doing jiu-jitsu. During the fall, I also like to do archery.
