We record you running at your normal pace, nothing staged.
You keep logging the miles anyway, wincing through the same ache at the same mile marker. A frame-by-frame look at your stride finds the form issue causing it, before it benches you completely.
What It Is
You're the one who logs the miles no matter what. Which is exactly why a form issue can hide in plain sight for years, quietly loading the wrong joint every single stride.
A running assessment breaks your stride into the pieces most runners never get to see: foot strike, cadence, hip drop, knee alignment, and how your form changes as you fatigue. We record you running, on a treadmill or outdoors, then review the footage frame by frame against efficient mechanics.
That comparison points to exactly where extra load is landing, and why. You leave with specific, practical cues, not a generic list of stretches, built around the mechanics we actually saw in your stride.

What It Helps
If pain shows up at the same mile marker every time, your stride is usually trying to tell you something.
What A Session Looks Like

We break the footage down frame by frame, right in front of you.
3
You leave with specific cues and a plan for your next run.
Why It Works

Built by clinicians who evaluate movement every single day.
Cues you can apply on your very next run.
Works whether you're training for your first 5k or your tenth marathon.
Pairs Well With
Questions, Answered
Not at all. New runners get just as much out of a running assessment as marathoners do, sometimes more, since we can catch inefficient habits before they've had years to become ingrained.
Wear the running shoes and shorts or fitted leggings you'd normally train in, so we can actually see your joints move. Bring the shoes you log most of your miles in, even if they're older, since we need to see your real stride, not your best one.
You leave with both: the video breakdown so you can see exactly what we saw, plus specific cues and, if needed, a corrective plan with an endpoint, not an open-ended series of visits. Questions before you book? Call us at (703) 763-3922.
